Congratulations to the trolls, this is what you get when you get everything you asked for and nothing else. Start to finish, this movie is fan service, and nothing but. That said, I didn't dislike it, but I didn't love it either. My only real complaint was the soundtrack. I'm not sure what it was, but it just felt... "off," during several scenes; most notably fight scenes. Like watching people dance while listening to your own music. Maybe the person doing the video editing didn't have audio, and the person doing the music editing didn't have video. That's really what it felt like. If it wasn't for the sound effects lining up, I'd blame the theater. All in all, it wasn't JJ's worst ending, not by a long shot. But it is what we've come to expect from him, twists everyone saw coming. This time though, I'm not entirely sure it's not on purpose. Give them what they want, and maybe they'll shut up for a while.Â
